Everyone can get ready onsite knowing that the decorations are up, the dresses have been steamed and you are well rested. Ensuring a relaxed and stress-free weekend of celebrations.

Embracing Nature in an Outdoor Wedding Ceremony

With its rustic charm and endless idyllic spaces for portraits, it is no wonder that this enchanting venue, nestled in a valley in the Purbecks, has become a number one location for wedding couples wanting to embrace nature into their day. Amy and James exchanged their vows in an outdoor woodland ceremony full of laughter, and a few unexpected gusts of wind. Before making their way to the courtyard where we had plenty of time for a small handful of couple and group portraits. Candids were then the focus for the remainder of their drinks reception. An easy task with such a relaxed and wonderful group of people.

Simple styling and DIY touches

We then moved into Gorwell Barn itself for their wedding breakfast, simply decorated with sustainable herbs and spices as center pieces. During dinner I ventured out of the valley, running up hills to find the perfect golden hour spot. With Amy and James on board we jumped in the car. Dodged a few tractors. Finally capturing the most dreamy sunset in a wheat field.
